Who I am

I am French and Australian, and currently live in Canberra. Growing up in multicultural environments has opened my eyes to diversity among people, products and place, while still developing an appreciation for uniqueness and subtle nuance. From a young age I’ve always loved cars, bikes, buildings and the environment around me, manmade or natural. From the moment I got my first camera, I’ve had a drive to capture the elements and details in our lives that are often overlooked. With an eye to furthering this aesthetic sense and personal style, my studies at the University of Melbourne (Bachelor of Environments with a Major in Architecture) deepened my interest in detail and emotive design, while my cycling background, on and off the bike, has helped me understand and appreciate both mechanics and performance.

I am both personal and professional in my approach, and have often had to operate with autonomy and independence. I have a deep commitment to the quality of my work and even in high-pressure situations with competing priorities, I am unwilling to compromise on delivering excellence. I have applied this in my work in mechanics and sales, design and architecture, as well as photography.

My equipment: I shoot with Sony A7 bodies, mostly equipped with either a Samyang f/2.8 24-70mm or a Sony f/4 16-35mm. I predominantly use Lightroom to review and edit my photos, occasionally going to Photoshop for further editing, and also use InDesign to create and layout photo-books.
